Lifestyle,
We went to ACL Fest 2024 and had more than a little fun. These were the best activations we experienced.
T-Mobile Club Magenta
T-Mobile executives spoke on the importance of customer recognition by elevating their experiences through T-Mobile’s signature reward program, Magenta Status. “We brainstormed what challenges they face at festivals or what they want to do most, and then we make it happen!” said Zack Nobinger. This includes short bar lines, VIP air-conditioned bathrooms, and the opportunity to see their favorite artists backstage! Club Magenta is accessible for any T-mobile customer who shows their ‘Magenta Pass’ within the T-Life app. My personal favorite is the side stage access guests receive, allowing fans backstage to see their favorite artists perform on the T-Mobile stage.
That Tito's Thing
IHG Hotels & Resorts Hospitality Lounge
The ideal place to take a break between sets, the invite-only lounge is located next to the IHG Hotels & Resorts Stage and provides shaded seating, a cash bar, and exclusive side-stage access to see acts all weekend long! The more side stages, the better—and the people in IHG are so kind it makes it an absolute riot.
That Tito’s Thing
A name we can get behind—something we locals have been calling it for years—has gotten an upgrade! While "That Tito’s Lounge" remains a private area, all festival-goers 21+ can experience "That Tito’s Thing," a GA activation featuring a wheel that can be spun for a chance to win swag, photo moments, a dog-tag maker and more! On Saturday, Oct. 12, fans can shop the first-ever Tito’s x ACL merchandise collection (two shirts, a hat, and a bandana), with 100% of net proceeds benefiting the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians. Tito’s relationship with ACL has grown year after year, and it’s exciting to see this relationship evolve.
Hendrick’s Trunk Bar
The heat was brutal the first weekend of ACL, and one of the only things that helped? Hendrick’s Cucumber Lemonade, Strawberry Sundance, and Grand Cabaret Spritz. You can’t miss the delightful trunk bar—a shaded area with seating for cooling off and lounging between sets, all surrounded by a beautiful floral installation full of giveaways. Normally, Hendricks is in the VIP lounge, but they have branched out to the GA area to share the love of their delicious and refreshing gin.
