LAKE AUSTIN

Watersedge Austin on Lake Austin is a popular neighborhood by Mount Bonell, giving residents the best of everything. With stunning waterfront views and properties and just a stone’s throw from downtown, watersedge is perfect for everyone. Zoned for Austin ISD, Watersedge is sought after while remaining in touch with its unique aspects. Each home has its unique aspect, and the neighborhood is very secure. The shining gem of the neighborhood is its one-of-a-kind and home to many Austin icons.

LAKE TRAVIS

The Peninsula at Rough Hollow is a guarded, gated community with a delicious restaurant, community center, and lake view that is never-ending—nestled into the back roads of Lake Travis, near the Lake Travis schools and in-between Lakeway and Spicewood for great shopping and food. Of course, you have access to the yacht club and marina, although you can use your private dock if you prefer. Plus, you’re only 30 minutes from downtown if you want to head to the city—the best of both worlds. peninsulalaketravis.com

TARRYTOWN

A historic district neighborhood, almost as well known as Austin itself, is located between Lake Austin and Downtown Austin. It is known as one of the highest end around. Zoned to Austin ISD, the location is hard to beat. With the history of homes from the 1920s and the hustle and bustle of downtown just a short drive away, Tarrytown does a beautiful job keeping the tranquility and privacy its residents have grown to love.

WEST AUSTIN

Pemberton, another of Austin’s earliest neighborhoods, features Pemberton Heights, which has large lots with stunning homes situated on top of the perfect green grass. Old West Austin is lucky to host such a dime of a piece of Austin history. The true definition of the word mansion comes to mind with these old-school estates. Austin ISD is where Pemberton is zoned. There are many notable homes in Pemberton, such as Pemberton Castle, Catterall-Mills House, and many others with historic plaques you will see outside! pembertonheights.org
