This year’s Swiss watch fairs were a virtual design renaissance in the category of women’s high-end jewelry. As the weather cools and the nights grow longer, these timepieces are illuminating the season’s most elegant evenings with fanciful forms and fabulous gemstones that incorporate elements such as enameling, mother-of-pearl, and embroidery. Think of it as a midnight rendezvous of fine art and haute horology.
